IMPROVEMENT:

• Painting of playgrounds 1 and 2, sports ground, treadmill.
• The installation is covered with labradorite on a retaining wall (embankment).
• Installing sidewalk benches.
• Installing stainless steel pillars on the sidewalk.
• Installation of granite tiles on the embankment.

As for the improvement, now the following are being carried out:

• Installation of granite tiles on the embankment.
• Installation of stainless steel pillars on the sidewalk from the road.
• Laying of corrugation and cable for lighting poles and illumination of trees from the road.

• There is a drilling rig that performs work on the construction of the sheet pile.
• The construction of the retaining wall of the shoreline is nearing completion and the construction of concrete stairs has been completed.
• Installation of advertising structures with a total area of 6 thousand square meters with night lighting has been completed.
• Infrastructure construction works have been completed: a road-descent to boats has been arranged, a car park has been built.

• The development of the pit is nearing completion
• The construction of the retaining wall of the shoreline is nearing completion and the construction of concrete stairs has been completed.
• Installation of advertising structures with a total area of 6 thousand square meters with night lighting has been completed.
• Infrastructure construction works have been completed: a road-descent to boats has been arranged, a car park has been built.

• Currently, works are underway to improve the waterfront, where very soon there will be: - racetrack; - cycle path; - summer terrace of the restaurant; - pontoon for fishing; - quay for yachts and boats.
• Builders are already preparing it for the installation of the base for the finish (granite slabs).
• Works on a pile field of the base are carried out.

• Work is underway to equip the roadway.
• We also want to remind you that due to the presence of above-ground and underground parking lots, courtyards are free of cars.
• Work on the foundation pile field is currently being completed.
• In parallel, work is underway to install waterproofing of the foundation slab.
• A playground has been installed. We are improving and modernizing the area around it.
• We are actively working on the waterfront.
